Lumina Spark participant journey

Start with the experience—not just the test.

Choose the goal and format first. Diana then creates your participant invitation in the secure Lumina system and guides you from questionnaire to practical action.

What happens next

Your participant pathway

  1. 1

    Agree the format

Diana confirms which experience is appropriate, what it includes, availability and price before you commit.

  2. 2

    Receive your secure invitation

Your unique participant link is created and sent through the authorised Lumina process.

  3. 3

    Complete the questionnaire

The full online questionnaire generally takes about 10–15 minutes. Complete it somewhere you can answer without interruption.

  4. 4

    Explore your Portrait

Your personalised Portrait becomes the basis of a confidential practitioner-led debrief.

  5. 5

    Apply the insight

Connect what you notice to your real context and leave with a focused action plan.

Already invited?

Use the unique link in your Lumina email

There is no universal test link on this site. Your invitation connects the questionnaire to the correct practitioner project and Portrait.

Before you answer

Give yourself a clear 15 minutes

  • Answer as you see yourself, rather than how you think you should respond.
  • Choose a time with minimal interruptions.
  • Do not ask someone else to interpret the questions for you.
  • Keep your invitation email until your questionnaire is complete.

Your results are the beginning of a development conversation—not a pass, fail or judgement.
