What it is

A portrait, not a label

Lumina Spark is a personality-development tool designed to increase self-awareness without reducing you to a fixed type. Your personalised Portrait explores 72 qualities and recognises that apparently opposite qualities can both be part of who you are.

The value is not in collecting another report. It comes from a thoughtful debrief that helps you interpret the Portrait in context and choose what you want to do with the insight.

The experience

From insight to a useful next step

  1. 01

    Complete the questionnaire

You receive a secure participant link through the authorised Lumina process. The full online questionnaire generally takes about 10–15 minutes.

  2. 02

    Receive your Portrait

Your personalised Lumina Spark Portrait provides the material for a richer conversation about your strengths, preferences and context.

  3. 03

    Explore it with Diana

In a confidential practitioner debrief, you connect the insights to a real leadership, career or relationship goal.

  4. 04

    Choose your actions

You leave with a short, client-owned action plan rather than a list of traits to file away.

Where it can help

Use the Portrait as a lens on something that matters now

Leadership

Notice the qualities you rely on, how others may experience them and what flexibility the situation asks of you.

Transitions

Prepare for a new responsibility, role or working environment with a clearer view of your preferences and stretch areas.

Communication

Develop a more nuanced language for difference, collaboration and the way you relate to other people.

Pressure

Explore what can happen when a valuable quality is overplayed and identify practical ways to respond differently.

Teams & organisations

A constructive language for difference

Lumina-informed team development can help a group talk more constructively about working preferences and collaboration. Team engagements are scoped separately, with clear boundaries around confidentiality and the use of individual results.

Questions before you begin

Lumina Spark FAQs

Is this an online personality test?

It begins with an online questionnaire, but the service is a development experience rather than a score delivered without context. Your personalised Portrait is interpreted with a qualified practitioner and connected to a goal that matters to you.

Will I be placed into one personality type?

No. Lumina Spark explores 72 qualities and recognises that people may use apparently opposite qualities in different situations. It considers underlying, everyday and overextended personas rather than assigning one fixed type.

Who sees my results?

For an individual engagement, your Portrait is handled confidentially between you and Diana. For team work, how individual information is used or shared must be agreed before anyone completes the questionnaire.

Can I take the questionnaire immediately?

The full questionnaire requires a participant invitation created through Diana's authorised Lumina practitioner account. Once your format is agreed and your place is confirmed, you receive the secure link directly.

Is this therapy or a clinical assessment?

No. Lumina Spark is a personal and professional development tool. It does not diagnose mental-health, neurodevelopmental or medical conditions.

A clear boundary

Development—not diagnosis

Lumina Spark is not a clinical diagnosis, a measure of your worth or a box that determines what you can do. Diana uses it as one development tool within a wider conversation about you, your context and your choices.
